The integration kit includes a holder for the application head and attachments for the heating hose on the robot arm. With the GlueBot software, the glue application process can be easily programmed. Settings for the heating hose, the application head and the melter can also be made easily using the cobot touch pad. The system status is always visible and clearly visualized on the touch pad.

Application kits MTB

The MTB application kits enable quick and easy implementation of automated machine loading. The specific application kits take on the important key role of workpiece handling and workpiece clamping. Automatic Screwdriving System SPATZ

The SPATZ is a screw driving robot with automatic tool change and automatic feeding of the fasteners via a Pick&Place system. Fasteners of different geometries can be screwed with the SPATZ. This is possible by the modular design and use of various screw driving tools and grippers. Further applications can be adapted at any time. The fasteners are fed via Pick&Place. Depending on the variant, the feed unit has an internal or an external supply unit. The program structure is already provided by the SPATZ cap, only the respective positions still have to be taught, which reduces the commissioning time to a minimum.

Bachmann Blasting Unit BBU

Automate your sandblasting process quick and easy. The BBU is a complete add-on kit which enables the automatic insertion of workpieces into existing sandblasting machines. With the Bachmann BlastingUnit you can carry out your blasting process fully automatically.

The add-on kit comes with a gripper, a bellows and its alignment and holding station. Thanks to the freely rotatable connection between the robot and the bellows, the robot can position the workpiece precisely during the blasting process in the blasting system, without dust escaping. This allows you to achieve maximum process reliability. The flexible bellows allows limited movement of all 6 Axis of the robot, to obtain an optimal result.

Cobot Feeder

Designed to boost cobot production without significant increases in labor, while achieving higher return on investment, the Cobot Feeder is a UR cobot application kit that solves material handling and labor shortage issues.  By reliably loading and unloading dunnage trays containing materials in the work area that can be accessed by the cobot, this versatile tool provides a standardized platform for storing, staging, and delivering parts into a position where they can be consistently loaded and unloaded.  

Flexible, cost-effective, and customer molded or machined nests offer infinitely customizable dunnage trays that can be turned around in a day to meet your specific application requirements, and quickly accommodate new product introductions.  The Cobot Feeder includes a base storage and retrieval unit with cobot stand, enclosed steel rack dunnage tower with a 17-tray capacity that safely stores up to 50-lbs of material, a Mitsubishi HMI touch screen display for easy lift control, Ethernet IP, Modbus, and standard UR cobot communications.  Robot and gripper are not included.

Designed with safety in mind, the dunnage tower includes a built-in interlock safety system.  There are three additional light curtains in place ensuring safety around the robot.  One islocated vertically in the robot access window, a second on the floor detects objects underneath, and a third spans the gap when the rack is removed.

COBOX - MACHINE TENDING SPECIALIST

Flexible and straightforward process automation is a decisive factor in the drive to improve the productivity of your machine park and your employees. You can increase your competitiveness now with COBOX – a professional solution for quick integration with CNC machine tools. The workstation has been developed for trouble-free mounting of blanks in machine tool chucks and for removing machined workpieces. It is ideally suited for operating milling machines and turret lathes.
COBOX features a UR10e collaborative robot, a dual electric gripper and supplementary equipment depending on the configuration ordered – cobot base, frame, flexible workpiece handling and storage system (perforated plates with pins, gravity feeder or KLT containers), as well as a set of application-specific gripper fingers.
The centrepiece of the station is C-Interconnector – a PLC-based solution that enables seamless exchange of signals between COBOX and machine tools, as well as operation of all necessary functions in a plug-and-play manner. This, combined with the compactness of the workstation, enables it to be transferred between machines with little effort.
Two ways of implementation are available – as a complete ready-to-use CE certified solution with the implementation service package, including workpiece implementation support, training of staff and adjustment of machines, or on a do-it-yourself basis, where you can choose from the extensive range of components available in our online shop and assemble the workstation yourself according to the detailed instructions.
